          This is a place to describe your Return and Refund Policy to buyers.

          Return and Refund policy:

• All Gift Certificates are Final Sale.

• Due to weather condition changes, if a Guide or Dive has been canceled by the Dive Guide/ Instructor a credit may be issued in the full amount.

• Canceling/ Rescheduling Guided Dives or Courses (BOAT Dives): Due to Dive boat policies, Cancelations/Rescheduling must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance in order to receive a refund for the dive trip. If a cancelation is less than 48 hours, NO Refund will be issued.

• Canceling/ Rescheduling Guided Dives or Courses (SHORE Dives): Cancelations/Rescheduling must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance in order to receive a refund for the dive trip. If a cancelation is less than 24 hours, NO Refund will be issued.

• Sale Items: are FINAL SALE and no Refund will be issued
